Staying Fit at the Seasons at Bel Air Apartments

In today’s busy world, staying fit and healthy isn’t always easy. And even if you have the time to work out regularly, there’s an overwhelming—and often contradictory—amount of information about appropriate routines and diets.

Seasons at Bel Air offers amenities that truly serve our residents. We’re proud of our on-site fitness center with cardio and free weight equipment. We also have an outdoor swimming pool, access to outdoor walking trails, a ball field, and athletic courts for those who prefer outdoor exercise and activities to stay fit.

Fitness & Convenience Combined

It’s easy to stay fit when you live at the Seasons at Bel Air. Check out these tips to make the most of our resident fitness center, the ball fields and athletic courts, or our private outdoors pool. Live your best life at Seasons!

Cardio and Free Weight Equipment at the Fitness Center

Our fitness center offers freestanding cardio equipment, including treadmills and ellipticals. We also have free-weight equipment to build muscle mass and strengthen bones.

Not sure where to start? Try a routine that begins with a stretching warm-up for about 10 minutes. Follow it up with the cardio of your choice for 20 to 35 minutes. When you’re all warmed up, hit the free weight equipment. Bicep curls, over-shoulder presses, and single-arm dumbbell rows should take care of your arms—ten reps each in three sets (30 total of each exercise). Don’t forget to rest in between sets!

Stay Active on the Ball Field and Athletic Courts

If you’re not much of a gym person but you love sports, we can help! Grab a few friends or neighbors to play a friendly basketball game and sweat away the stress. You can also snag a partner and brush up on your tennis serve. If you prefer soccer, kick the ball around or play a full-on match on our ball field. There’s something for every taste!

Stay Cool While You Work Out in the Pool

The Seasons also features an outdoor swimming pool. Swimming is excellent cardio, and you can burn calories by swimming laps or just splashing around with your friends. Worked up a sweat at the gym? Dive into the pool to cool down. Or add water aerobics to your exercise routine for some low-impact cardio. Even treading water alone can greatly improve your mobility and build muscle.

The Seasons at Bel Air in Bel Air, MD, has various options for our residents to keep a healthy & fit life. Whether you prefer working out on state-of-the-art equipment or playing outdoors, you can achieve your fitness goals here. Contact us today and check out our available apartments.
